We're a boutique physiotherapy clinic in Hamilton, built around objective testing, evidence-based treatment, and a genuine focus on what it actually takes to return to sport and life.
Most physio clinics give you exercises because it's what they do. We give you exercises because the data says you need them — and we test you to prove it's working.
Using VALD ForceDecks and Dynamo technology, we measure strength, power, and asymmetry at key points in your rehab. That means return-to-sport decisions aren't based on how you feel or how many weeks have passed. They're based on whether you've actually hit the criteria.
Passive treatment has its place, but it's a support tool. Progressive loading, strength training, and objective testing are the foundation. Our model is built around continuity — the same physio managing your case from start to finish, so nothing gets lost between appointments.
Every treatment decision is backed by current research. We don't do things because they've always been done that way — we use what works, and we're honest when something doesn't have strong evidence behind it.
We use VALD technology to measure strength, symmetry, and power throughout your recovery. Progress is tracked against real numbers, not time or gut feel. Return to sport is earned, and we help you earn it.
Whether you're an athlete returning to competition, a new mum rebuilding strength postpartum, or someone who just wants to move without pain — your rehab looks like your life, not a standard handout.

Georgia grew up playing high-level basketball — including representing New Zealand with the Tall Ferns and the NZ 3x3 team — and spent a lot of time on the other side of the physio table before she ever worked in one. That experience shapes everything about how she practises. She knows what it actually takes to get athletes back, and she knows the difference between being cleared and being ready.
She completed her undergraduate degree in Exercise Science on a Division I athletic scholarship in the United States, before returning home to New Zealand to study physiotherapy at AUT, graduating in 2020. She holds a qualification in dry needling and is currently completing her postgraduate diploma in musculoskeletal physiotherapy — a forever student who believes her patients deserve someone who never stops learning.
Her clinical passions are post-operative rehabilitation (with a special interest in ACL rehab), postpartum recovery, and strength-led rehab for older adults who want to move and feel better for life. She brings the same criteria-based, no-shortcuts approach to every patient — whether they're chasing a podium or just chasing their grandkids.
Outside the clinic, you'll find her hiking, at the beach, buried in a good book, or watching as much basketball as her toddler will allow. (The toddler is yet to show any signs of a jump shot. Georgia is patient.)

Patrick has played rugby for Waikato NPC and professionally in Japan — a career that came with the full range of injuries, four of which required surgery, including an Achilles repair he returned from in just over nine months. He kept seeing patients throughout his rehab, moonboot and all.
His approach centres on load. Mechanotherapy — the principle that controlled mechanical stress is what drives tissue healing — underpins most of his clinical decisions. Passive treatment has its place, but progressive loading is the engine, and he'll tell you that on day one.
Patrick works best with patients who are motivated and want to be active in their recovery — whether that's an athlete working through a post-surgical rehab, someone returning to sport after an acute injury, or anyone who wants to understand the why behind what they're doing rather than just follow a programme. He graduated from the University of Otago in 2020 and holds a dry needling qualification.
Outside the clinic: the gym, tennis, badminton, and an unapologetic gaming habit.
